A partir de esta fecha, al emitir CFDI ser\u00e1 obligatorio sustituir la versi\u00f3n anterior 3.3.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-412f847 de_scroll_animation_no elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"412f847\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">\u00bfQu\u00e9 es la facturaci\u00f3n 4.0?<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a4a4557 de_scroll_animation_no elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"a4a4557\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>El CFDI 4.0 es la nueva y \u00fanica versi\u00f3n aceptada por el SAT para emitir comprobantes fiscales en M\u00e9xico.<\/p><p>Con esta nueva reforma las autoridades fiscales obtendr\u00e1n informaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s detallada acerca del contribuyente, como:<\/p><ul><li>Identidad de emisor y receptor<\/li><li>Actividad econ\u00f3mica<\/li><li>R\u00e9gimen fiscal<\/li><li>Impuestos a pagar<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-aeab2ca de_scroll_animation_no elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"aeab2ca\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">\u00bfCu\u00e1ndo entra en vigor la versi\u00f3n 4.0 de CFDI?<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6caae4d de_scroll_animation_no elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"6caae4d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Aunque los cambios en la factura electr\u00f3nica entraron en vigor el 1 de enero de 2022, se tendr\u00e1 un periodo de gracia, para que todos los contribuyentes se adapten a los nuevos requerimientos, que durar\u00e1 hasta el 30 de junio de 2022.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-802872b de_scroll_animation_no elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"802872b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">\u00bfCu\u00e1les son los cambios del CFDI 4.0?<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-bd8fb84 de_scroll_animation_no elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"bd8fb84\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ul><li>Ser\u00e1 obligatorio incluir el nombre y domicilio fiscal del emisor y del receptor.<\/li><li>El r\u00e9gimen fiscal del contribuyente es obligatorio para emitir la factura.<\/li><li>Tendr\u00e1n que ser identificadas las operaciones donde se exporten mercanc\u00edas.<\/li><li>Ser\u00e1n identificadas las operaciones objeto de impuestos indirectos.<\/li><li>Se deber\u00e1 reportar informaci\u00f3n de las operaciones realizadas con el p\u00fablico general y aquellas que se realicen a cuenta de terceros.<\/li><li>Se admite la cancelaci\u00f3n de facturas (con ciertas condiciones).<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div factura electr\u00f3nica 4.0?<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e66275e de_scroll_animation_no elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"e66275e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Como m\u00ednimo, la factura electr\u00f3nica debe contener el RFC, nombre\/denominaci\u00f3n\/raz\u00f3n social, r\u00e9gimen fiscal y c\u00f3digo postal del domicilio fiscal del cliente.<br \/>Esto es muy importante, pues de no contar con esta informaci\u00f3n no se podr\u00e1 emitir una factura electr\u00f3nica.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5ab8047 de_scroll_animation_no elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"5ab8047\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">\u00bfC\u00f3mo ser\u00e1n los procesos de cancelaci\u00f3n CFDI 4.0?<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e3dad8e de_scroll_animation_no elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"e3dad8e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Ahora, para cancelar un CFDI ser\u00e1 necesario indicar el motivo de la cancelaci\u00f3n. Adem\u00e1s, solo se podr\u00e1 hacer la cancelaci\u00f3n en comprobantes del ejercicio en curso a m\u00e1s tardar en la fecha en que deba presentarse la declaraci\u00f3n anual del mismo. En caso de que el comprobante se cancelara fuera de tiempo, el SAT estableci\u00f3 multas\/comisiones de cancelaci\u00f3n CFDI 4.0 de entre el 5 y 10% del monto de la factura.<\/p><p>Habr\u00e1 4 motivos de cancelaci\u00f3n posibles:<\/p><ul><li>Clave 01: Comprobante emitido con errores con relaci\u00f3n<\/li><li>Clave 02: Comprobante emitido con errores sin relaci\u00f3n<\/li><li>Clave 03: No se llev\u00f3 a cabo la operaci\u00f3n<\/li><li>Clave 04: Operaci\u00f3n nominativa relacionada en la factura global<\/li><\/ul><p>Cuando el motivo de cancelaci\u00f3n sea \u201ccomprobante emitido con errores con relaci\u00f3n\u201d, se tendr\u00e1 que relacionar el folio fiscal del comprobante que va a sustituir al cancelado.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b344264 de_scroll_animation_no elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"b344264\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">\u00bfC\u00f3mo generar una factura en el SAT 2022?<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2d506df de_scroll_animation_no elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"2d506df\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Si quieres saber como se hace una factura 4.0 de manera correcta, como se factura al p\u00fablico en general, etc., utiliza como gu\u00eda el Anexo 20 de la gu\u00eda de llenado del SAT.
